Frost Securities served as the financial advisor to Integrity Packaging on its sale to the 21st Century Group. Integrity Packaging is a Houston, TX-based manufacturer of folding cartons and is a continuation of the Phillips Box Company, originally founded in 1937 in Houston. Integrity provides folding cartons for dry and frozen food products, promotional items, disposables, paper goods, retail gifts, soap products and several fast food restaurants (including McDonald's).
