Frost Securities served as the exclusive advisor to the Board of K-Six Television and Corpus Christi Broadcasting in their divestiture of a package of CBS affiliate TV and AM radio stations to Eagle Creek Broadcasting, LLC. The transaction was completed for 100% of the Stock of the Company in a complex transaction involving significant tax, FCC compliance considerations, and other corporate structuring impediments.
