Frost Securities served as the exclusive financial advisor and placement agent to the management team of CiCi’s Pizza in its acquisition of the Company from the founder. FSI structured the transaction and raised the financing to complete the transaction. Levine Leichtman Capital Partners provided subordinated debt financing and Frost Bank and GE Franchise Finance provided senior debt financing. CiCi Enterprises is the owner/operator and franchisor of over 450 sit-down pizza restaurants across 21 states under the brand name CiCi’s Pizza. CiCi’s Pizza offers 16 varieties of pizza, pasta, salad and desserts in a “$3.99 All-You-Can-Eat” buffet format. JMC Restaurant Distribution provides all purchasing and distribution services to the CiCi’s Pizza restaurant system.
