Frost Securities served as the financial advisor to National Bankruptcy Services on its recently completed private company recapitalization. Frost Securities was actively involved in structuring the transaction as well as in raising the capital necessary to complete the transaction. Frost Securities provided the Company with detailed analysis concerning a range of potential alternatives prior to the Company's owners electing to pursue the recapitalization avenue. Advent International Global Private Equity and Merrill Lynch Capital provided the financing.
National Bankruptcy Services provides outsourced processing and monitoring services to secured lenders on a national basis. These services are currently provided in two primary verticals, (1) Real Property - which consists of mortgages primarily against single-family homes; and, (2) Consumer Loans - which consist primarily of automotive loans, but can include loans on other secured items such as boats and airplanes. The Company's services focus on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings and foreclosure cases for mortgage banking, servicing companies, financial institutions, credit unions and other consumer lending organizations.
