Frost Securities served as advisor and placement agent to U.S. Lime & Minerals, Inc. (NASDAQ: USLM) on a $14 million mezzanine financing. Proceeds are earmarked for significant expansion of the Company’s processing capabilities and distribution facilities. As part of the process, FSI assisted the Company throughout all stages of the mezzanine process including due diligence, selection of appropriate investors, term sheet negotiation, preparation of offering materials, various board presentations, and preparation of a fairness opinion upon closing of the transaction.
